(Patria) - The City of Sarajevo announced that the Eternal Flame burner on Maršala Tita Street will be extinguished this morning due to the announced gathering in honor of Halid Bešlić.
This decision was made for security reasons and due to the announced stage setup for that purpose.
After the conclusion of the gathering, the City Service for Urban Planning, Investments, Housing and Communal Affairs commits to carrying out the necessary actions to relight the burner.
"We hereby appeal to citizens for the gathering to proceed in a dignified spirit," stated the City of Sarajevo, which is the organizer of tomorrow's Commemorative Session at the National Theatre starting at 11:00 AM.
