REPORT FROM MECCA Third stoning completes Hajj: Medina, city of mercy, next

(Patria) - On the third day of Eid al-Adha, pilgrims from Bosnia and Herzegovina, along with believers from all over the world, completed all prescribed Hajj rituals. Today's third stoning at Mina symbolically marked the completion of the Hajj ritual, reported Nedžad Abdić from Mecca.

As he told Patria, our pilgrims were transported by bus to Arafat this morning, from where they continued their journey by train to Mina, where they performed the final stoning – a ritual known as djamarat, which formally concludes the Hajj.

In the coming days, depending on the group schedule, pilgrims will perform the farewell tawaf (tawaf al-wada) around the Kaaba, and prepare for their return to Medina, where they will stay for a few days before returning home.

According to the plan, the first groups of BiH pilgrims will depart for Medina on June 11. Guides and organizers are working hard on passport sorting and logistics to ensure everything goes smoothly.

Pilgrims look forward to arriving in Medina, the city of the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him), which for many represents a spiritual respite and additional refreshment after the arduous but blessed days of Hajj.
