Zvizdić submits lex specialis law on the Supreme Court of BiH to parliamentary procedure

(Patria) - Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives of the Parliamentary Assembly of Bosnia and Herzegovina Denis Zvizdić announced that he has submitted the lex specialis law on the Supreme Court of BiH to an urgent procedure.

"This would fulfill one of the 14 European Union priorities, which calls for the establishment of a judicial body that will ensure consistent interpretation of law throughout Bosnia and Herzegovina," Zvizdić wrote on the X platform.

This achieves a higher degree of legal certainty and the rule of law.
