Zukić: Placing the Constitutional Court under the control of anti-state forces would mean the fall of BiH

(Patria) - Head of the Bosniak Club in the Federal House of Peoples, Muamer Zukić, warns that the fall of the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina also represents the fall of the state.

"Political RS, supported by HNS, and encouraged by the weakness of the Troika, advocates for the principle of excluding 'foreigners' from our state system. But on the condition that all other monstrosities in that system remain. Especially the institute of ethnic decision-making, not majority civic.

Let's agree to exclude foreigners, but for decisions in this country to be made by majority, as in any normal country. Because in Bosnia and Herzegovina, the majority of its population is patriotically oriented.

If that large patriotic majority decided, all nine judges of the Constitutional Court would be patriots, regardless of their ethnicity. Then there would be no need for foreigners. Nor would the OHR be needed.

But as long as the anti-state minority can outvote or block the large patriotic majority, a corrective factor in the form of the influence of the international community is needed.

The most current example is the issue of the Constitutional Court. If they succeed, it would open the door for RS to pass whatever laws it wants, including completely unconstitutional ones, while the body that could suspend or annul them would be blocked.

The fall of the Constitutional Court, or its placement under the control of anti-state forces, would mean the institutional fall of Bosnia and Herzegovina," Zukić stated.
