(Patria) - The Cantonal Court in Sarajevo refused to order custody for GRAS tram driver Adnan Kasapović.
Let's recall, Kasapović was driving the tram on Thursday when a tragedy occurred in which 23-year-old Erdoan Morankić from Brčko died, while four people were injured.
The acting prosecutor of the KS Prosecutor's Office proposed one-month custody for Kasapović to the Cantonal Court, explaining that his "release could disturb the public".
Kasapović was met in front of the Court building by numerous GRAS driver colleagues, as well as other citizens.
"You are not alone, Adnan," his colleagues told him after he left the Court, followed by hugs and tears of joy.
