
(Patria) - The 71st session of the Council of Ministers of BiH will be held today in the building of the institutions of Bosnia and Herzegovina in Sarajevo, starting at 11:00 AM. The proposed agenda includes a total of 20 items.
Among other things, state ministers are expected to consider the Report on the acceptance and integration of BiH citizens returning to BiH under the readmission agreement for 2023.
The agenda also includes a new text of the Draft Report on the care of refugees and persons under subsidiary protection in BiH for 2023.
It is planned to consider the Draft Agreement on financing the Annual Action Plan for BiH for 2024 between the EU – represented by the European Commission and BiH – represented by the Directorate for European Integration of the Council of Ministers of BiH, along with the Bases for concluding the aforementioned agreement.
Ministers will also consider the Initiative for conducting negotiations for the conclusion of a Loan Agreement (Just Transition Project in selected coal-rich regions in BiH) between BiH and the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development.
Among other things, it is planned to consider the Information regarding the work of the State Property Commission, the determination and distribution of state property, the determination of the rights and obligations of BiH, the entities, and Brčko District BiH in the management of state property, as well as the Information on the status of the virtually launched Declaration on improving the jurisdiction of the International Court of Justice in The Hague.
