(Patria) - As part of the operation codenamed "Incitat 2", by order of the acting prosecutor, SIPA investigators have deprived the Minister of Communal Economy, Infrastructure, Spatial Planning, Construction and Environmental Protection in the KS Government, Bojan Bošnjak, of his liberty.
After criminal processing at SIPA, the suspect will be handed over to the jurisdiction of the KS Prosecutor's Office, it was announced from the KS Prosecutor's Office.
He is suspected of the criminal offense of abuse of position or authority.
He is suspected of having given a positive opinion on the report on the strategic environmental impact assessment, with which he intended to legalize illegal urban construction projects on Bjelašnica for the suspects Ibri Berilo and Nađa Milišić.
