KS Prosecutor's Office requests extension of detention for minister Bojan Bošnjak

(Patria) - The acting prosecutor of the KS Prosecutor's Office proposed to the Municipal Court in Sarajevo the extension of detention for another two months for the suspect Bojan Bošnjak, minister of communal economy, infrastructure, construction, and environmental protection of KS.

"The extension of his detention was proposed due to the risk that he might influence witnesses, conceal evidence, or obstruct criminal proceedings if he were to remain at liberty," the KS Prosecutor's Office announced.

Bošnjak was arrested on November 15th on suspicion of having given a positive opinion on the report on the strategic environmental impact assessment, with which he intended to legalize illegal urban construction projects on Bjelašnica for the suspects Ibri Berilo and Nađa Milišić.
