
(Patria) - The Prosecutor's Office of BiH has commented on the operation in which three individuals were deprived of liberty, two of whom are employees of the BiH Border Police, and one is a journalist.
"Acting on the order of the Prosecutor's Office of BiH, members of the BiH Border Police carried out searches and deprived three individuals of liberty, N.M.Z.* (1974), and BiH Border Police officers S.K.* (1981) and A.M.* (1993), due to the existence of grounds for suspicion that they committed the criminal offense of disclosure of secret data from Article 164 of the Criminal Code of BiH, and for jeopardizing investigations of serious criminal offenses.
After questioning the suspects, the acting prosecutor will submit a proposal to the Court of BiH for the determination of prohibition measures prescribed by Article 126 of the Criminal Procedure Code of BiH", the Prosecutor's Office of BiH announced.
