The Three's Silence is Dodik's Weapon: Who Will Protect the Constitutional Order of Bosnia and Herzegovina?

Today, the assembly of the Bosnian-Herzegovinian entity of Republika Srpska is convening, and extraordinarily. They will, as announced, adopt conclusions that directly undermine the constitutional order of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the entire Dayton Peace Agreement. They have been announcing this for a long time. And we have persistently warned these politicians, these Bosnian-Herzegovinians who call themselves leaders of civic parties, but who have only occupied Bosniak positions in governments and institutions, sounding all alarms, that the situation is serious and that we must seriously prepare to defend the country from these attacks.

And the attack on the constitutional order and our country is being carried out, or rather led, by people who should have been behind bars long ago. They should have been behind bars for crimes and corruption, attacks on the constitutional order, and war crimes committed during the aggression against Bosnia and Herzegovina. They were joined by those who used prisoners of war as labor, contrary to the Geneva Convention on the Treatment of Prisoners of War. These destructive forces are completely united and are working very coordinately to destroy our country.

And today, seven days before the New Year's holidays, they are preparing for New Year's Eve with their party comrades. They are holding New Year's party gatherings, and they do not care about the attack by Stevandić (President of the National Assembly of RS) and Milorad Dodik on the constitutional order. Their silence on all these very dangerous announcements indicates that they are truly great political dilettantes and have no idea what is happening in the country, or rather in one of its entities.

The National Assembly will consider the "Information on the collapse of the legal system in Bosnia and Herzegovina through the violation of the Dayton Peace Agreement." This information lists all anti-Dayton activities of that entity, while everything is intended to be presented as anti-Dayton actions by the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina, which has protected the constitutional order of the state of Bosnia and Herzegovina with its decisions.

As reported by the media, conclusions are expected to be adopted by the National Assembly of the entity, which will prohibit the activities of certain bodies of Bosnia and Herzegovina in that entity. This primarily applies to judicial bodies that are conducting proceedings against Milorad Dodik. For the sake of one man, they want to sacrifice the peace and existence of that entity. Professor Milan Blagojević warned them today about this, whose legal conscience was awakened due to the amount of terror and the degree of anti-Dayton actions by the RS authorities, stating that "none of them has the right to risk the fate of the people and Republika Srpska for themselves." Professor Blagojević previously made completely unacceptable statements and interpretations of the Dayton Peace Agreement, but this argumentation, by which he warns the RS authorities of disastrous consequences, cannot be dismissed.

Therefore, we have a very clear message for the leaders of the "trio": if the National Assembly of Republika Srpska adopts any act, even if it is just conclusions, that leads to the destruction of the state and its institutions, meaning the secession of that entity from the legal system of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the declaration of independence, they should immediately decide to return to operating according to the Constitution of the Republic of Bosnia and Herzegovina. This would mean the permanent abolition of both entities and cantons.

If you do not act in such a way in this situation, calmly watching our state being killed, we have another message and question for you: have you not seen Assad? Do you want to sacrifice the state for a few of your positions? That will not work.

Therefore, we send you a message similar to the one Blagojević sent to the RS authorities: no government has the right to risk the fate of citizens and Bosnia and Herzegovina for its own sake.
