
(Patria) - Roads in Bosnia and Herzegovina are passable, with no major delays. Increased traffic is expected in cities and at border crossings in the afternoon. Drivers are advised to be cautious and obey traffic regulations.
Roadworks are underway on the Podlugovi–Sarajevo sjever section of the highway, and on the main roads:
Zenica–Žepče (Topčić Polje)
Ustikolina–Goražde (Mravinjac)
Sarajevo–Pale
Vrhpolje–Ključ
Olovo–Semizovac
Jablanica–Prozor
On the Jablanica–Blidinje road, traffic is permitted for vehicles up to 3.5 tons total weight.
Long queues of passenger vehicles have been recorded at the exits from BiH at the following crossings: Izačić, Velika Kladuša, Kozarska Dubica, Gradina, Gradiška, and Hum. At other crossings, waiting times are up to 30 minutes. GP Brčko is open for vehicles up to 3.5 tons.
Traffic for vehicles over 5 tons is prohibited at GP Karakaj. Freight vehicles are being redirected to GP Bratunac or Rača, while buses are using GP Šepak. Trucks at Šepak operate from 09:00–13:00 and 22:00–06:00 (weekends only at night).
