(Patria) - The Service for Foreigners' Affairs, based on a notification from the Ministry of Interior of Tuzla Canton, was informed that two Hungarian citizens were located at the premises of the Banovići Police Station, suspected of illegal filming and surveillance of persons and objects in the Banovići municipality area.
During the conduct of official actions, statements were collected from the said persons regarding the circumstances of their stay in Bosnia and Herzegovina. Checks established that these individuals were staying in BiH with the aim of documenting and recording an event – a meeting of two foreign persons in the Banovići municipality area.
Given the fact that the aforementioned foreign nationals were conducting these activities illegally, the Service for Foreigners' Affairs imposed a measure of revocation of visa-free stay and expulsion from the territory of Bosnia and Herzegovina. The persons left the territory of Bosnia and Herzegovina on October 23, via the border crossing Karakaj.
The Service for Foreigners' Affairs continues to undertake all measures and actions aimed at preventing illegal activities of foreign nationals and preserving security on the territory of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
