commitment. Through cooperation, we can create better conditions for both doctors and patients throughout the Federation, Kapidžić stated.
The President of the Union of Professional Unions of Doctors of Medicine and Dentistry of FBiH, dr. Marina Berberović, added that cooperation with the Medical Chamber of ZDC is a natural and logical step in the effort to respond to the challenges that doctors face in their daily work.
Our common goal is the professionalization and standardization of the medical profession, which
includes continuous education, a greater focus on scientific research, and better working conditions for all healthcare workers. This partnership is proof that we are on the right track, Berberović stated.
The agreement defines numerous joint activities, including the organization of professional seminars, educational workshops, and conferences, as well as support for the publication of scientific and professional papers. In addition, both organizations have committed to actively participate in the creation of healthcare policies that will contribute to the sustainability and progress of the healthcare sector in the Federation of BiH.
The importance of this agreement is further emphasized in light of recent initiatives for healthcare system reform, which include strengthening the capacity of medical staff and increasing the accessibility of healthcare services. Representatives of both sides agreed that joint work is of crucial importance for achieving these goals.

It confirms the commitment of both sides to ensure better working conditions, continuous professional development, as well as higher quality and more accessible healthcare for all citizens through synergy.
