Softić, Đonlagić and Smajić on the agreement of the Trojka, Dodik and Čović: Scandalous and dangerous!

(Patria) - Three delegates of the Bosniak Club in the House of Peoples of the BiH Parliament are guests of the Sunday edition of the show Istraga sedmice. Safet Softić (SDA), Dženan Đonlagić (DF) and Džemal Smajić (Party of BiH) analyzed the documents that were published in public after the secret meeting of the leaders of the parties forming the state government at Milorad Dodik's estate in Bakinci.

Dženan Đonlagić said that several things are problematic in this agreement.

"This Bakinci papers shows the continuity of the subservient attitude of the Trojka when they sit with Čović and Dodik. It's as if they just sit and Dodik and Čović dictate the demands. We have had this trend since the beginning of the formation of the government. I think no one in the last 20 years has put on paper that the BiH Presidency member from the Croat people will be elected as proposed by the HDZ, which means from some 'floating unit of Herceg-Bosna'. When we sum all this up, we come to the conclusion that Dodik got the Constitutional Court of BiH, Čović got the BiH Presidency member, and both got the Central Election Commission, and the Trojka got EU Lego bricks," said Đonlagić.

He believes that this is all a scenario for Christian Schmidt to impose technical amendments to the Election Law and buy time.

Džemal Smajić also said that he will not support such a proposal if it comes to the House of Peoples of the BiH Parliament.

"These are all demands of SNSD and HDZ. The Trojka has turned into a mediator and fulfiller of Dodik and Čović's wishes, without having any demands of their own," said Smajić.

The published document regarding the election of the Central Election Commission stated that the experience of Serbia needs to be considered, and Smajić believes that there is some kind of blackmail behind it all.

Safet Softić, an SDA delegate, said that even in Neum there were some models with electors.

"This is not only scandalous but also dangerous. It is problematic from several aspects. The Trojka agrees to go to Dodik's private estate and discuss state issues. Ambassadorial residences are something else. But discussing state issues on a private estate is unacceptable. I am not sure that these proposals will ever enter parliamentary procedure. Decision-making has been moved from state institutions to private estates. The Trojka has completely lost its compass and I don't think it's leading anywhere," said Softić.

When asked what if a majority is sufficient for amendments to the BiH Constitution in a way that the opposition from RS also supports it, Softić said that if Dodik and the opposition from RS, HDZ and the Trojka unite, then the question arises what the Trojka is doing and that is treason.

"Dodik said when there is a will, anything is possible. You don't need to be overly smart to see that he got what he wanted. This leads directly to the destruction of the country," he said.

Softić said that the Trojka has put Ademović in a situation to nominate himself for leadership. However, Softić, who has known Ademović for a very long time, says the question is how long Ademović will tolerate this kind of political leadership.

Smajić said that he will stop everything that is harmful to the state and its citizens, adding that Ademović consults more with Nikola Špirić and Dragan Čović than with delegates in the Bosniak Club.

Đonlagić emphasized that he will not participate in two issues, and those are the Constitutional Court of BiH and the BiH Presidency.

"If we move towards proposing an ethnic model of decision-making and introducing some entity voting in the Constitutional Court and ethnic cementation in the BiH Presidency, I will not participate. These are the last two issues of BiH's defense and giving a chance to move towards a new way of organization and a move away from ethnic and towards civic. Now the question is how to minimize the damage that will be done. We will use the capacity we have in the Bosniak Club to stop what we can," said Đonlagić.

Smajić said that to these two topics, he adds state property, with which both Đonlagić and Softić agreed.
