It is scandalous that the delegation that will 'overturn' the Kovačević judgment in Strasbourg will be paid from the state budget

(Patria) - HDZ, SNSD and their lackeys, the Trojka, will be remembered as the authorities who pay state officials from the state budget for working against the interests of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

This was stated today by the delegate in the House of Peoples of the Parliamentary Assembly of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Dženan Đonlagić (DF).

Đonlagić considers it scandalous that the travel and attendance of the delegation that will "overturn" the judgment, and will represent Bosnia and Herzegovina at the Grand Chamber hearing in Strasbourg next week in the "Kovačević" case, will be paid from the state budget.

- Non-recognition and non-implementation of judgments of the European Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg is anti-Dayton action. The European Convention on Human Rights is an integral part of the Dayton Constitution of BiH and is binding on the institutions of BiH.

The judgment requires us to be a state of equal human rights and freedoms. I am very proud to be on the side of those who support the judgment - Đonlagić stated.
