SIPA questioned Milorad Dodik as a suspect for undermining the constitutional order of BiH

(Patria) - The President of Republika Srpska Milorad Dodik today gave a statement to the competent authorities as a suspect for undermining the constitutional order of BiH, due to the adoption of laws in the National Assembly of Republika Srpska, according to which decisions of the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina will not be applied in that entity.

The President of RS gave a statement to SIPA officials, in the capacity of a suspect for the criminal offense of attack on the constitutional order of BiH.

Dodik gave the statement in Banja Luka, in the building of the Government of Republika Srpska.

Earlier, the acting director of the Official Gazette of Republika Srpska, Miloš Lukić, who signed the decree forwarded to him by the NSRs, also gave a statement, Novosti writes.
