Schmidt announced a meeting with Vučić

(Patria) - I look forward to discussions with all relevant actors within my Dayton powers and mandate with the aim of continuing the role of the International Community in preserving peace, integrity, and stability in BiH, said High Representative Christian Schmidt.

The next meeting will be with Serbian President Vučić, Schmidt stated.

This announcement comes shortly after the President of Republika Srpska, Milorad Dodik, stated at a special session of the National Assembly of Republika Srpska that the OHR had attempted to arrange a meeting between him and the High Representative through the Serbian Patriarch Porfirije.

- Those from the OHR told me they asked Patriarch Porfirije to ask me to meet with Schmidt. His Holiness knows what I think about that - he said.
