(Patria) - Today, police officer Ozren Maran from Novi Grad, who was killed during a terrorist attack on the police station in Bosanska Krupa, will be buried.
The funeral will be held at the new city cemetery in the settlement of Jablanica.
Maran lost his life in the line of duty when a minor (14) attacked the police station in Bosanska Krupa and fatally stabbed him, while seriously wounding another police officer, Avdo Hasanović.
A day of mourning has been declared in Novi Grad and in the Una-Sana Canton.
The funeral of the murdered police officer is scheduled for 2:00 PM.
Maran is survived by his wife, son, and daughter.
