Reilly on NSRs conclusions: Referendum on court ruling undermines constitutional order!

(Patria) - After the National Assembly of RS adopted the decision to call a referendum due to the revocation of Milorad Dodik's mandate, the British Ambassador to BiH Julian Reilly commented.

"The BiH Court, an independent institution, convicted the former president of RS Dodik, and that verdict must be respected.

Holding a referendum on any court ruling or disrespecting it would be illegal and would undermine the rule of law and the constitutional order of BiH", Reilly emphasized.

Let us remind you, last night 13 conclusions were adopted in the NSRs, among which is the one tasking the Collegium of the National Assembly to prepare the text of the Resolution on the self-determination of the Serb people and RS.
