(Patria) - Former President of the National Assembly of RS and former Mayor of Banja Luka Igor Radojičić says that the current authorities of this entity have made many reckless decisions with a completely uncertain outcome.
"In the procedure that now provides for amendments and supplements, it is not possible, through the Council of Peoples, not even a comma can pass. We tried about 15 years ago, there was no political will to change even a comma when the political circumstances were better than now. Through what is foreseen for amendments and supplements, the regular procedure is unenforceable, so I think that is a big story that, without serious consequences, can hardly yield a result," Radojičić believes, as reported by BN.
Given that everything was "cooked up" by Milorad Dodik after the first-instance verdict, as well as a new summons from the Prosecutor's Office of BiH for undermining the constitutional order of BiH, to which Dodik does not respond, the question arises as to what the outcome will be of all the decisions being made these days.
"I think we have come to a situation we should not have reached, with many ad hoc reckless decisions and steps, and we are getting deeper and deeper into a completely uncertain outcome. We can only hope that peace will be maintained, that there will be no hotheads who would start conflicts, and that there will be no outside intervention because the EU and the world are preoccupied with their own problems, and that everything will pass peacefully," says Radojičić, who is today a councilor in the City Assembly of Banja Luka and heads the movement "Svojim putem".
