Raids in Sarajevo: Higher Education Minister Mesihović and her assistant targeted for illegal employment

(Patria) - At the order of the acting prosecutor of the Cantonal Prosecutor's Office and by warrant of the Municipal Court in Sarajevo, early this morning the implementation of the code-named operation "Envelope" began.

Investigators of the KS MUP are currently searching the apartments of suspects and the offices of the Ministry of Science, Higher Education and Youth of KS.

Under investigation by the Cantonal Prosecutor's Office on suspicion of illegal employment are Minister Adna Mesihović and her assistant Dženita Viteškić.

The operation is, among other things, the result of a signed protocol between the Cantonal Prosecutor's Office and the Office for the Fight against Corruption and the Police Administration of the KS MUP. The OSA BiH is also assisting.
