Regular session of the House of Peoples also interrupted: No quorum

(Patria) - Due to lack of quorum, the regular session of the House of Peoples of the Parliamentary Assembly of Bosnia and Herzegovina was also interrupted.

The session was not attended by three SNSD delegates from the Serbian People's Club and three delegates of HDZ BiH from the Croatian People's Club.

It was planned that the delegates would consider the Proposal for a Law on Amendments to the Law on the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Proposal for a Law on the High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

The agenda also includes six legislative proposals that bear the mark of alignment with EU legislation.

These are proposals for laws on amendments to the Law on Industrial Design, on the protection of trade secrets as intellectual property rights, on the protection of topographies of semiconductor products, on representation in the field of industrial property rights, on measurement units in Bosnia and Herzegovina, and the Proposal for a Law on Amendments to the Law on Administrative Procedure.

Members of the Collegium of the House of Peoples, Nikola Špirić and Dragan Čović, said earlier today that delegates of HDZ and SNSD will not attend sessions as long as they are scheduled contrary to the Rules of Procedure and without agreement in the Collegium.
