Representatives of State Institutions and the European Union Discussed the BiH Reform Plan

(Patria) - Organized by EU representatives, a meeting was held today in Sarajevo between Chairperson Borjana Krišto and members of the Council of Ministers of BiH, both entity prime ministers, and other representatives of institutions in BiH with EU representatives.

Krišto thanked the Head of the EU Delegation to BiH and EU Special Representative in BiH Johann Sattler and the Director-General for Neighbourhood and Enlargement Negotiations Gert Jan Koopman, as well as all attendees from BiH for their efforts in organizing the meeting, which is crucial for BiH's further progress on its European path.

- Today we are here to try and analyze a possible agreement on the final BiH Reform Plan for the Western Balkans Growth Plan, which would be in the interest of all of us in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Of course, representatives of all competent levels of government will decide on this - Krišto said.

After the joint meeting, Krišto and Koopman discussed the harmonization of the BiH Reform Plan and further reforms on the EU path.

The Western Balkans Plan is worth a total of six billion euros for the period 2024-2027, and Bosnia and Herzegovina could draw around one billion euros.
