The acting prosecutor of the Sarajevo Canton Prosecutor's Office proposed to the Municipal Court in Sarajevo the detention of suspects Adna Mesihović (For New Generations) and Ibrahim Obhođaš (For New Generations) for one month.
Detention has been proposed for them due to the danger of influencing witnesses, concealing evidence, obstructing criminal investigation, and due to the danger of repeating the criminal offense.
Prohibition measures have been proposed for suspect Dženita Viteškić.
These include a ban on performing the duties of an assistant in the Ministry of Science, Higher Education and Youth of KS and a ban on meeting with witnesses.
Adna Mesihović and Dženita Viteškić were arrested in an operation by the Ministry of Internal Affairs of KS called "Koverta" (Envelope).
The operation is, among other things, a result of the signed protocol between the KS Prosecutor's Office and the Office for Combating Corruption and the Police Administration of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of KS. OSA BiH is also assisting.
