Indictment confirmed against duo who threatened Judge Uzunović before sentencing Dodik

(Patria) - The Court of BiH confirmed the indictment against Marko Plavšić and Ljuban Vuković, who threatened Judge Sena Uzunović before the sentencing of Republika Srpska President Milorad Dodik, Detektor has learned.

Plavšić and Vuković are accused of threatening a judge of the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Sena Uzunović, ahead of Dodik's sentencing, thereby obstructing the administration of justice.

The State Investigation and Protection Agency (SIPA) arrested Plavšić and Vuković on February 27, as they had threatened Judge Uzunović in a video recording the day before Dodik's sentencing. At the time, detention was ordered at the prosecutor's request.

"They are accused of, on February 25, 2025, in Banja Luka, immediately before the date of the sentencing in the case of Milorad Dodik and others, with the aim of intimidation, via social media in a publicly available video recording, issuing threats to the BiH Court judge Uzunović Sena, in order to prevent her from performing official duties of presiding over the main hearing in the phase of public pronouncement and announcement of the verdict in the criminal case being conducted before the Court of BiH," the Prosecutor's Office previously announced.

Judge Uzunović delivered a non-final verdict sentencing Dodik to one year in prison and a six-year ban from holding the office of president for non-compliance with the High Representative's decisions. She was previously assigned police protection.
