(Patria) - The acting prosecutor of the Sarajevo Cantonal Prosecutor's Office today questioned the Minister of Communal Economy, Infrastructure, Spatial Planning, Construction and Environmental Protection of Sarajevo Canton, Bojan Bošnjak.
The prosecutor then proposed to the Municipal Court in Sarajevo to order one month of detention for the suspect Bošnjak.
Detention was proposed due to the risk that he might influence witnesses, conceal evidence, and due to the risk of re-offending if he remains at liberty, the Sarajevo Cantonal Prosecutor's Office announced this evening.
Let us remind you, members of the State Investigation and Protection Agency (SIPA) arrested Bošnjak yesterday on suspicion of committing the criminal offense of abuse of position or authority.
He was arrested in an operation codenamed "Incitat 2", and during yesterday's search at the Ministry, documentation was seized due to illegal construction on Bjelašnica.
