(Patria) - The Special Department of the Supreme Court of FBiH (POSKOK) imposed bans on Vahidin Munjic, Arijana Huseinović-Ajanović, Muhamed Ohranović, and Ervin Mušinović.
The court imposed bans on all of them from performing their duties, Istraga.ba has learned.
As a reminder, the Non-Trial Panel of POSKOK overturned the first-instance decision on imposing bans on the aforementioned four, and the first-instance judge for preliminary proceedings was ordered to make a new decision.
The first-instance decision on imposing bans was overturned because it did not explain the evidence submitted by the defense of the accused.
During the hearing for the imposition of bans, the prosecuting attorneys explained that the correspondence from Vahidin Munjic's phone was sufficient evidence to impose the bans.
The Supreme Court POSKOK initially imposed bans on Munjic and others on November 14, which included bans on performing their duties, meeting with witnesses, approaching the buildings of the FBiH Government, FMUP, and FUP, and communicating with the Prime Minister of FBiH Nermin Nikšić and several other individuals.
