Asim Sarajlić and others to be retried

(Patria) - The Cantonal Court in Sarajevo upheld the appeal of the Sarajevo Canton Prosecutor's Office against the first-instance, acquittal verdict in the case of Asim Sarajlić, Sabahudin Delalić, and Muhamed Šehović.

This means the defendants will be retried before the Municipal Court in Sarajevo.

We remind you that in February last year, the trial in the case "Asim Sarajlić and others" concluded, and the first defendant, Asim Sarajlić, a former high-ranking SDA official, was acquitted of the charges of committing the criminal offense of "Giving Gifts and Other Forms of Benefit".

The second defendant, Sabahudin Delalić, and the third defendant in this case, Muhamed Šehović, were also acquitted before the Municipal Court in Sarajevo.
