This is the draft law banning the work of BiH institutions: The Court of BiH, the Prosecutor's Office, and SIPA are banned from operating in the territory of RS!

(Patria) - The National Assembly of Republika Srpska is expected to adopt the Law on Non-Application of Laws and Prohibition of Activities of Certain BiH Institutions in the Territory of RS today.

Thus, the NSRs plans to ban the activities of the State Investigation and Protection Agency (SIPA), the activities of the Court of BiH, the Prosecutor's Office of BiH, and the HJPC, writes Istraga.ba

We publish all provisions of this law below.

This law stipulates the non-application and non-execution of laws and the prohibition of activities of unconstitutional BiH institutions in the territory of Republika Srpska.

Article 2.

(1) The Law on the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina ("Official Gazette of BiH", no. 49/09, 74/09, and 97/09) shall not be applied or executed in the territory of Republika Srpska.

(2) The Law on the Prosecutor's Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina ("Official Gazette of BiH", no. 42/03, 3/03, 37/03, 42/03, 9/04, 35/04, 61/04, and 97/09) shall not be applied or executed in the territory of Republika Srpska.

Article 3.

The Law on the High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council of Bosnia and Herzegovina ("Official Gazette of BiH", no. 25/04, 93/05, 48/07, 63/23, 9/24, and 50/24) shall not be applied or executed in the territory of Republika Srpska.

Article 4.

The Law on the State Investigation and Protection Agency ("Official Gazette of BiH", no. 27/04, 63/04, 35/05, 49/09, and 40/12) shall not be applied or executed in the territory of Republika Srpska.

Article 5

The operation and activities of institutions whose work is regulated by the laws from Articles 2 to 4 of this law are prohibited in the territory of Republika Srpska.

Article 6.

The competent institutions and bodies of Republika Srpska are obliged to take all measures and actions within their jurisdiction to ensure the implementation of this law.

Article 7.

Persons who are obliged to act in accordance with the provisions of this law are exempted from criminal liability prescribed by the criminal legislation of BiH and the criminal legislation of Republika Srpska for criminal offenses related to the execution of this law, and the competent institutions and bodies of Republika Srpska will provide them with all necessary protection in connection with the application of this law.

Article 8.

In order to implement this law, the Government of Republika Srpska will adopt the necessary subordinate regulations.

Article 9.

This law enters into force on the day following its publication in the "Official Gazette of Republika Srpska".
