Minister Bojan Bošnjak Suspected of Attempting to Legalize Illegal Urban Construction Projects on Bjelašnica

(Patria) - Due to suspicion of committing the criminal offense of abuse of position or authority, the Minister of Communal Economy, Infrastructure, Spatial Planning, Construction, and Environmental Protection in the Sarajevo Canton Government, Bojan Bošnjak, is under investigation by the Sarajevo Canton Prosecutor's Office, it has been confirmed by the Prosecutor's Office of KS.

He is suspected of having given a positive opinion on the report on the strategic environmental impact assessment, through which he intended to legalize illegal urban construction projects on Bjelašnica for the suspects Ibri Berilo and Nađa Milišić.

Searches as part of the operation codenamed "Incitat 2" are still ongoing.
