(Patria) - The discussion on the agenda of today's session of the House of Peoples of the BiH Parliamentary Assembly took several directions, ultimately turning into a barrage of mutual accusations.
A particular debate unfolded between Zlatko Miletić and Dragan Čović, with Čović calling Miletić the sixth Bosniak delegate.
Miletić told Čović that he is a man of questionable credibility.
"From a repeat offender of dozens of criminal offenses, from a person suspected of war crimes, from a person who likely forged a master's degree, and I could go on for five days, and you are here lecturing us on who is legitimate—I ask you to refrain," said Miletić.
Čović responded by stating that "nonsense cannot be corrected."
"All of you who have been trying for the last 30 years to impose this as a narrative of any form of criminal offense will end up as you have so far. And that nonsense goes so far that someone who regularly completed every faculty, every postgraduate, every doctoral and specialist study, you open the story of whether he finished it. Where have you come as a specialist, intelligence officer, and everything you are in this country, to present that as a norm here," said Čović.
"Mr. Čović, whether you finished it, you will have the opportunity to prove at the State Prosecutor's Office," said Miletić.
Nikola Špirić also took the floor, saying that they do not want to participate in a swamp and that if this continues, they will not provide a quorum for the continuation of the session.
Delegate Sredoje Nović requested a 15-minute break, after which it will be known whether the session will continue.
