(Patria) - A hearing was held at the Court of BiH for the President of Republika Srpska, Milorad Dodik, and the acting director of the Official Gazette, Miloš Lukić. Judge Sena Uzunović rejected the defense's request for the High Representative Christian Schmidt to appear as a witness.
The prosecution has finished presenting material evidence, and the defense has challenged part of the evidence relating to the correspondence between the OHR's legal department and RS institutions.
Uzunović also rejected the testimony of the President of the National Assembly of Republika Srpska, Nenad Stevandić, and another witness.
The next hearing is scheduled for June 19.
