50 thousand KM seized from RMU Banovići director

(Patria) - As announced by the Special Department of the Federal Prosecutor's Office (POSKOK), 50 thousand KM was seized from the director of RMU Banovići, Rasim Dostović.

"During the search, mobile devices were temporarily seized and will be subject to expert examination, and cash in the amount of around 50 thousand KM was seized from the general director of RMU Banovići. He has not yet been brought in for questioning," announced the federal POSKOK.

It was previously announced that the search at RMU Banovići is being conducted under the supervision of the acting prosecutor and by order of the Supreme Court of FBiH.

They also added that there is no arrest warrant and that it concerns suspicion of committing the criminal offense of "Abuse of position and authority under Article 383 of the Criminal Code of FBiH.

Dostović is a cadre of the PDA party and was on their list prior to the General Elections in 2022.

Dostović was previously a delegate of SDA in the House of Peoples of the Parliament of FBiH.
