Nikšić's Government proposed an unconstitutional law on construction land, it did not pass the Committee on Local Self-Government

(Patria) - The Committee on Local Self-Government of the House of Representatives of the Federal Parliament did not support the proposed Law on Construction Land.

The position of that working parliamentary body is that the formulation of the provision of Article 4 of the law has been declared unconstitutional.

As Politicki.ba has learned, the Committee proposed that the Government of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina return the law for revision, and that the House of Representatives remove the item from the agenda.

The controversial Law on Construction Land was sent to Parliament in the same version as the one that was delegated three years ago. And it was rejected then too.

In the meantime, the Constitutional Court has made decisions concerning state land.




However, the Government led by Nermin Nikšić sent the law into procedure, whose provisions, especially in the controversial Article 4, are very similar or identical to the provisions of similar laws in the entity of Republika Srpska, which the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina annulled.

Nikšić's initiative caused strong reactions in the public.

MP Salko Zildžić (SDA) announced on his Facebook that he will fight against the proposed law.

He is, incidentally, the president of the Committee on Local Self-Government.

Also in that body are: Amir Purić (Our Party), as his deputy, and members - Razim Halkić (SDP), Stanko Musa (HDZ, HSS SR, HSS...), Nihad Krajinović (SDP), Edina Gabela (SBiH), Ajla Milišić-Pepić (NIP SPU-BIH), Alen Mujić (DF Željko Komšić), Edin Smajić (SDA), Stipe Tokić (HDZ 1990) and Sandi Salkić (NES).
