You cannot scare us, Milorade: We will never give up on a unified and sovereign BiH

Therefore, I would like to address it. Milorade, no one will touch your property. Although I don't know who "you" are, nor what your property is. But I am sure that what is yours, no one will touch. Because it is deeply ingrained in the consciousness and morals of Bosnia and Bosniaks that one must not touch what belongs to others.

But likewise, we will never give what belongs to the state of Bosnia and its citizens to anyone. And if Dodik thinks he has scared someone with the threat of the secession of the RS entity, then he is gravely mistaken. We are not afraid of that. It is true that such a decision would cause some short-term "confusion", but we are not afraid.

But know this - the decision on state property has been made and it will not change. And that decision was made by the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina. It will only have to be "confirmed" and further elaborated by either the Parliamentary Assembly of Bosnia and Herzegovina or the High Representative for Bosnia and Herzegovina. It depends on which of these two bodies will be more efficient.

And those who threaten secession, because of our/state property, should prepare for legal proceedings due to their past illegal and unconstitutional actions related to the sale of state property, contrary to the Decision of the Constitutional Court.

As for the ideas that you will not give up on, well Milorade, others also have their ideas and sacred values. Your idea is Greater Serbia. Ours is a unified and sovereign Bosnia and Herzegovina. We will never give up on it. Our idea is older.

And there is an old rule "PRIOR TEMPORE POTIOR IURE" - earlier in time, stronger in law.
