Our Party forgets it is in power: We demand the dismissal of the management of the FBiH Motorways, the credibility of FBiH has also been compromised

(Patria) - The decision of the European Investment Bank to suspend financing of projects of the FBiH Motorways Public Enterprise represents a heavy blow for the Federation of BiH and clear evidence of serious institutional and managerial failure, it was announced today from Our Party, which is part of the government at all levels.

"The officially confirmed reasons for this decision, which relate to suspicions of illegality and possible corrupt activities on the Corridor Vc projects, compromise not only a single public enterprise but also the credibility of the Federation of BiH before European financial institutions.

In such circumstances, the continued tenure of the current management of the FBiH Motorways Public Enterprise is politically unsustainable and morally unacceptable. We believe that the only responsible move is the urgent dismissal of the entire management and governing structures of this enterprise, in order to open space for an independent investigation, full cooperation with domestic and international institutions, and the restoration of trust from financial partners.

The Federation of BiH cannot afford to have strategic projects held hostage by poor management and dubious decisions. Responsibility must have a name and surname, and political and institutional damage must have clear consequences," they state from Our Party.
