ON THE ANNIVERSARY OF HIS APPOINTMENT Suspect Bojan Bošnjak Handed Over to KS Prosecutor's Office

(Patria) - Suspect Bojan Bošnjak was handed over to the KS Prosecutor's Office this evening.

After being questioned by the acting prosecutor, a decision will be made on further measures against the suspect, the KS Prosecutor's Office announced.

Bošnjak was arrested in Operation Incitat 2, and he is suspected of having given a positive opinion on the environmental strategic impact assessment report, with which he intended to legalize illegal urban construction projects on Bjelašnica for suspects Ibro Berilo and Nađa Milišić. This strategy was previously refused to be signed by two ministers, and after taking over the ministerial position, Bošnjak signed the strategy this year. It was precisely because of illegal construction on Bjelašnica that Ibro Berilo, the mayor of Trnovo, and several other individuals were previously arrested.

During the day, a search was conducted at the Ministry of Communal Economy, and Bošnjak has been in his position for exactly one year, as the new KS Government was appointed on November 15, 2023.
