(Patria) - The Sarajevo Canton Government, the Ministry of Communal Economy and the Cantonal Administration for Inspection Affairs warn citizens of the Novi Grad municipality that in certain entrances in Alipašino Polje a fake notice is being distributed, allegedly calling for extraordinary inspection checks and fines due to cleaning of basement rooms following a leptospirosis epidemic.
The notice is not authentic and represents a misuse of the official marks of the mentioned institutions. Additionally, the signature of the "director of the cantonal administration for sanitary inspection" is a forgery, as such a position does not exist.
The Ministry has already warned building managers to post only official information on notice boards. This case will be reported to the competent authorities for further action.
Citizens are urged to be cautious and to verify information exclusively through the official channels of the Sarajevo Canton Government and the Cantonal Administration for Inspection Affairs.
All information regarding activities related to leptospirosis is available on the website kuip.ks.gov.ba
