Kukuruz: Milorad Dodik successfully sails Bosnian waters with American and European sails

(Patria) - If the High Representative, the US and other embassies in BiH qualify Milorad Dodik's actions as anti-Dayton, while at the same time doing nothing to prevent and sanction such actions, it means that they, to put it mildly, are legitimizing the destruction of the state of BiH.

This is how legal expert Sifet Kukuruz views the latest developments in Bosnia and Herzegovina, adding:

“Every time Milorad Dodik acts in an anti-Dayton manner without sanctions and without being punished, he strengthens the public perception that he is acting in accordance with the Dayton Peace Agreement and simultaneously stimulates new destructive forces into activism.”

“Dodik's anti-Dayton actions and the passivity of the international community, which also represents anti-Dayton actions, give legitimacy to all actions undertaken by patriotic forces aimed at preserving the existence and protecting the sovereignty of the state of BiH,” concluded Kukuruz.

We remind you, the crisis in Bosnia and Herzegovina does not abate after Milorad Dodik annulled the functioning of the Constitutional Court of BiH on the territory of the RS, and also prevented the implementation of decisions by High Representative Christian Schmidt, thereby de facto preventing the implementation of the Dayton Peace Agreement.

Today, Dodik announced that he will not respect the decisions of the Court and the Prosecutor's Office of BiH either.
