
(Patria) - The initiative by 19 opposition MPs to dismiss the Speaker of the House of Representatives of the BiH Parliament, Marinko Čavara, was not included in the agenda of today's session of the House due to the opposition of MPs from the Trojka parties, SNSD, and HDZ BiH.
The initiative, submitted by the Speaker of the DF MPs Club, Milan Dunović, on behalf of 19 MPs, requested the dismissal of Čavara as a member of the Collegium of the House of Representatives.
As evident from the vote, the abstaining MPs were SDA MP Šemsudin Mehmedović, and Predrag Kojović and Sabina Ćudić from Our Party, writes Faktor.ba.
18 MPs from SDP BiH, NIP, HDZ BiH, SNSD voted against, while 17 MPs from SDA (except Mehmedović, who did sign the initiative), DF, NES, PDP, SDS, and For Justice and Order voted in favor.
The conclusion to allocate one million KM in aid to the population of Gaza, proposed by SDA MP Safet Kešo, was also not included in the agenda of today's session of the House of Representatives. MPs from SNSD voted against it.
