(Patria) - At today's session of the House of Representatives of the Parliament of Bosnia and Herzegovina in Sarajevo, a verbal clash broke out that nearly escalated into a physical confrontation.
Specifically, during the debate on the Information of the Attorney's Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina regarding arbitration proceedings, tensions flared between SNSD representative Milorad Kojić and SDS representative Darko Babalj.
Babalj, among other things, said that one does not need to be very smart to conclude "that these are criminal and corrupt actions of certain centers of power."
- When you add all this up, you arrive at some enormous amounts of money, more than two or three billion. However, no one wants to say in simple terms that behind this stands crime and who the culprits are.
It is not Bosnia and Herzegovina that is guilty; it is the corrupt Government of the Republika Srpska, led by Željka Cvijanović, which signed the agreement in 2017 with the Chairman of the Council of Ministers, Denis Zvizdić.
It took on all obligations and everything it did was done to drag this out while the citizens of the Republika Srpska pay 18,000 in interest every day - Babalj stated.
In the "Viaduct" case, he added, "the crown of crime is Željka Cvijanović," reports Faktor.
- Based on the report of the Attorney's Office, the arbitration proceeding in the case of Elektrogospodarstvo Slovenije against Bosnia and Herzegovina - the sole culprit is Petar Đokić, the minister who assumed obligations and did not fulfill them...
Theft and crime. Betrayal of the Republika Srpska. You will ruin or have ruined the future of our children with your crime and corruption - Babalj added.
He called on the prosecutor's offices - "both those that have been abolished and those that have not" - to investigate everything that the Attorney's Office submitted to the representatives today "because the mafia network can be very easily dismantled."
- A mafia network, a criminal and corrupt network of ruining the Republika Srpska under the patronage of traitors of the Republika Srpska from the SNSD. Shame on you, traitors of the Republika Srpska - said Babalj.
Kojić reacted strongly to this, telling Babalj that he is "very rude and very carried away by his new position and that he thinks he can lecture someone here."

- Do that in your own home. I have the right to react when you address that to me and when you did not address it by name and surname, I have the right to react, not to philosophize and lecture here - said Kojić.
He also emphasized that "prejudging corruption and crime is a criminal offense."
- I have not seen at any point in the report of the Attorney's Office that it prejudges what you are talking about. And you directly label and say who committed a criminal offense.
Mr. Babalj, since you are so brave, then go to the Prosecutor's Office and report it as a criminal offense. And do not engage in populism here and insult deputies. Shame on you, you rude person! You rude person - said Kojić.
Babalj then returned to the podium and addressed Kojić.
- Stretch a little more, I can't see you. I did not mention you nor insult you. Second, you are very uncultured. You switch between formal and informal address - learn basic etiquette.
The SNSD is the greatest enemy of the Republika Srpska; you will ruin everything in the Republika Srpska and that will be shown in these arbitration disputes.
Home - I did not mention your home. What I do in my home is my business. That behavior of yours, 'shame on you, you rude person'...
It is not nice to behave like that in this high house. That is behavior for the hallway. I invite you to the hallway, so you can stretch there, come on - said Babalj and left the hall.
Kojić followed him, while Kojić's party colleague Sanja Vulić shouted: "break, break." It was she and a security guard who prevented Kojić from going out into the hallway and confronting Babalj.
The Chairman of the House of Representatives, Denis Zvizdić, then called a half-hour break.
