(Patria) - Most pilgrims from Bosnia and Herzegovina performed the main tawaf and sa'y between Safa and Marwa last night, thus concluding the Hajj rituals.
As stated to the MINA Agency by the chief guide of the Office for Hajj and Umrah of the Riyasat of the Islamic Community in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Izet-ef. Čamdžić, there was a large crowd at all levels of the tawaf and sa'y last night.
– Our pilgrims patiently performed the tawaf and sa'y last night and returned to their rooms around 2:00 AM. Today, a specific group of pilgrims will be transported to Mina to throw pebbles at all three Jamarat, and this process will continue tomorrow - stated Čamdžić.
Our pilgrims will head to Medina after the farewell tawaf, and it is planned that the first group will depart on June 11.
– I can say that all our pilgrims are well, that there is a wonderful Bayram atmosphere in the hotel, that everyone is happy that the Hajj rituals are coming to an end, and we from the organization are extremely happy that all our pilgrims have performed the prescribed rituals - explained Čamdžić.
Let us remind you, this year, under the organization of the Office for Hajj and Umrah of the Riyasat of the Islamic Community in Bosnia and Herzegovina, 2,222 pilgrims set out for Hajj. They are cared for by 47 guides, Sharia consultants, and a medical team of seven doctors of various specialties, as well as seven technicians.
The first group is expected to return from Hajj on June 16.
