(Patria) - The 13th session of the House of Peoples of the FBiH Parliament will be held in Sarajevo today, starting at 12:00 PM. There are a total of 11 items on the agenda.
One of the agenda items is the Bill on Internal Trade, which was recently discussed at a session of the House of Representatives where it was adopted by a majority vote.
For it to enter into force, it must be approved in the identical text by the House of Peoples today.
Although it regulates several issues, the public's focus has for some time been on the provision of the law that announces the introduction of a non-working Sunday for retail workers in the FBiH.
Last week, at the session of the House of Representatives, the Bill was adopted with an amendment introduced later, stating that municipal or city councils can request, if they deem it necessary, for retailers in their areas to work on Sundays.
Also, on the agenda of today's session are the Bill on the Legal Profession of FBiH, the Draft Law on Notary Services in FBiH, the Draft Law Amending the Land Registry Law of FBiH, as well as the Draft Law Amending the Law on Real Rights.
The agenda will also include the Draft Law Amending the Law on Inheritance in FBiH, the Draft Law Amending the Family Law of FBiH, and the Draft Law Amending the Law on Registration of Business Entities in FBiH.
