Federal delegates today on spatial planning and land use at FBiH level

(Patria) - A session of the House of Peoples of the FBiH Parliament will be held in Sarajevo today, with a total of seven items on its agenda. The session is scheduled to begin at 12:00 PM.


Proposed agenda for the session

Amendments to the Law on Internal Affairs of FBiH and the Law on Police Officers of FBiH have been proposed under an urgent procedure.

Both of these laws were withdrawn from the agenda of yesterday's session of the House of Representatives, at the proposal of the Federal Minister of Internal Affairs Ramo Isak, and the Federal Government, respectively.

FBiH Government withdraws amendments to the Law on Internal Affairs and Police Officers from the session of the House of Representatives of the PFBiH

(Patria) - At today's urgent session of the House of Representatives of the FBiH Parliament, the Federal Minister of Internal Affairs Ramo Isak withdrew both laws, which were adopted by the FBiH Government at the session on July 18, before the agenda was determined. These are the Law on Internal Affairs and the Law on Police Officers.

Therefore, the expected sequence of events is that the Government, or its representative, will do the same at today's session of the House of Peoples.

Federal delegates should today consider the Bill on Amendments to the Law on Spatial Planning and Land Use at the Federation of BiH Level.

The agenda also includes the Bill on Air Protection, as well as the Strategy for the Development of Social and Child Protection System in the Federation of BiH for the period 2024-2030.

Decisions on borrowing from the European Investment Bank for the implementation of the Vlašić Wind Farm project, as well as from the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development for the implementation of the Corridor 5c Mostar North - Mostar South project, should also be considered.
