(Patria) - BiH Presidency member Željka Cvijanović stated that the Draft Law on State Property, which was adopted today at the BiH Presidency session where she was outvoted, will end up the same way as the one on gas.
"This was pointless and it is the most ordinary politicking. The Presidency cannot be an authorized proposer of a law on state property, because, in accordance with the Constitution, it can only propose laws within its jurisdiction," Cvijanović said.
She threatened that this draft law will end up the same way as the draft law on gas, which the same two Presidency members adopted by outvoting a year ago and which the Collegium of the House of Representatives rejected, with the explanation that the Presidency is not the authorized proposer for that matter, so the Parliamentary Assembly did not even deal with that proposal.
"Here, two members of the Presidency are pretending to be protectors of the so-called state, while they are aware that their mission is doomed to failure from the outset," Cvijanović said.
The leaders of the opposition in RS also sided with her, emphasizing that this law cannot receive support from anyone from RS.
