Man from Bijeljina placed GPS devices under the cars of Pašić, his wife, a SIPA inspector and a lawyer on the orders of Al Murda

(Patria) - Officers of the State Investigation and Protection Agency (SIPA) arrested Stojan Vasiljević from Bijeljina on suspicion of being part of a group that placed GPS devices under the cars of state prosecutor Džermin Pašić, Istraga.ba reports.

Vasiljević had contacts with the Škaljari clan of Sani Al Murda. Evidence gathered so far suggests that it was Al Murda who ordered his subordinates to monitor Džermin Pašić and at least three other individuals involved in suspicious agreements between this criminal group and certain prosecutors of the Prosecutor's Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Besides Pašić, GPS devices were also placed under the car of Maja Govedarica, the wife of state prosecutor Džermin Pašić, who, before becoming a judge in East Sarajevo, was an associate in the Prosecutor's Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina, specifically in the office of her current husband.

One device was also placed under the car of Almir Mustajbašić, one of Pašić's most loyal inspectors who was involved in financial investigations of Al Murda's clan.

The same group also placed a device under the car of Mirsad Crnovršanin, a Sarajevo lawyer who, before entering the legal profession, was an associate of now former state prosecutor Dubravko Čampara. Crnovršanin was the defense attorney for most of the suspects in Pašić's alleged investigation of Al Murda's clan.

Prosecutor Pašić, as Istraga learns, is trying to convince investigators that Sani Al Murda and Elmedin Karišik are not behind his surveillance, even though cell tower data and phone forensics prove that this criminal group organized the illegal monitoring.

Let us recall, a GPS tracking device IMEI: 359371290651880 (TINMO TK905) was found on Pašić's car. This device was connected to the phone number 0038766178184.

This number had previously been activated in a SAMSUNG GALAXY A04E mobile device with IMEI number: 355166372958330. That device (SAMSUNG) contained at least twelve other SIM cards.

Two are of interest. From the SIM card with number 0603534248 - on June 10 this year, around 5:20 PM, calls were made to the law office of Maida Čampara (phone number 38733842115) and the mobile number of lawyer Mirsad Crnovršanin (0628…44), who shares an office with the wife of Dubravko Čampara, his former boss at the Prosecutor's Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

The other SIM card that was in the Samsung bears the number 387644219847. This card was also in an IPHONE 12 PRO device with IMEI number 35669411273458. From April 23, 2025, to April 29, 2025, that iPhone contained the SIM card number 062370470 registered in the name of Hamza Karišik from Sarajevo.

Hamza Karišik is the brother of Elmedin Karišik, a Sarajevo businessman through whom Sani Al Murda laundered drug money. It is precisely the case of Elmedin Karišik that is the "key point" where Džermin Pašić, Mirsad Crnovršanin, Dubravko Čampara and Sani Al Murda intersected.

A few days before Džermin Pašić reported that a GPS device had been placed under his car, unknown persons in Sarajevo first physically attacked and then set fire to the car of lawyer Mirsad Crnovršanin.

According to Istraga's information, Crnovršanin was attacked by two individuals from the Mostar area who are closely connected to Adis Đonko, a businessman from Mostar suspected of laundering money for Sani Al Murda and his half-sister Barbara Pekić.

Đonko was arrested last month by Džermin Pašić, and his defense attorney was Mirsad Crnovršanin. The day after the attack on Crnovršanin, Pašić proposed that the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina release Adis Đonko from custody.

Crnovršanin was then given police protection. However, at the end of last week, prosecutor Džermin Pašić met with Crnovršanin at his home in Ilidža. After that, Crnovršanin requested that his police escort be removed. He told his friends that he and Pašić had reached an agreement with Al Murda that he would no longer "harass" them.

Shortly after that, in the middle of this week, prosecutor Pašić decided to "continue" the investigation against Al Murda's clan. On Wednesday, he arrested Adis Šišić, the director of the Dos Hermanos facility, whose owner is Barbara Pekić, the half-sister of Sani Al Murda.

However, Pašić did not propose custody for Šišić but instead requested that the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina impose only restrictive measures. Šišić is connected to another hotel in the center of Sarajevo, but more on that soon.
