Bečarević: Since last night I have been under pressure from Konaković, let everyone draw their own conclusion whether Minister Bošnjak has been "thrown under the bus"

(Patria) - After his appearance last night on the show "Istraga sedmice" on Hayat TV, former Minister of Communal Economy Almir Bečarević came under fire from the head of NIP, Elmedin Konaković, and today Bečarević himself made a statement.

"Considering that since last night I have been under pressure from Mr. Elmedin Konaković, and after learning that Mr. Edin Forto stated that it is a "substantively lawful procedure", I wish to address the public on this matter.

Mr. Bošnjak has been in custody for 30 days, is he unlawfully in prison or is it a "substantively lawful procedure" after which one goes to prison "like that"?

Mr. Berilo's secretary, Ms. Vildana Smajović, moved to the position of secretary in the Ministry, where the substantively lawful Bošnjak was minister. She moved by agreement from Trnovo to Sarajevo, probably also following a "substantively lawful procedure".

The note that was supposed to be handed to Mr. Bošnjak probably intended to suggest to the minister that this was an investigation, where the "substantively lawful procedure" would prevail, in which it is apparently permissible to add notes in front of inspectors. Who sat in the Government and wrote the note will be found out anyway.

The messages I received last night after 9 PM are threats to publish my medical documentation. Probably the guys in the "substantively lawful procedure" want to suggest that I am crazy, just like the two previous ministers who refused to sign the opinion on the Strategy were "crazy".

When one looks at the sequence of the "substantively lawful procedure", we cannot help but ask ourselves, why is Mr. Bošnjak in prison? Probably the Court is not sufficiently informed about the procedures, so it "made a mistake". The Court did not know that Articles 9 and 14 of the Regulation on Strategic Environmental Impact Assessment of Plans and Programmes were not respected, which clearly prescribe PROCEDURES.

In the end, let everyone draw their own conclusion whether Minister Bošnjak has been thrown under the bus", stated Bečarević.
