Zvornik is no longer a BH-Gas customer!

Recently, all gas flow meters owned by BH-Gas, the sole authorized gas importer to our country, were removed in Zvornik on the border between BiH and Serbia, and as of this morning, the Patria News Agency has learned that Zvornik is no longer using gas from BH-Gas.

The meters were removed by the company Gaspromet Pale, leaving BH-Gas without the ability to measure gas at the handover points in Zvornik.

- The reason Zvornik is not consuming gas from BH-Gas is that they changed their gas supplier while leaving debts. First, they removed our meters, and within six days, they changed their gas supplier – a source told Patria.

A few days ago, SBiH warned of this danger, stating that what the public needs to know is that the removal of these meters was done in accordance with the Instruction on Simplified Customs Procedures adopted by the Indirect Taxation Authority.

According to this Instruction, all participants in gas business in BiH were supposed to obtain licenses. However, even five months after the Instruction was published, companies from the Federation of BiH (BH-Gas and Energoinvest) have not done so. On the other hand, companies from the BiH entity RS have obtained licenses, thus meeting the conditions for conducting business as stipulated by the Instruction from the ITA.
