Zvizdić: 'The death of academician Filipović is a true loss for our society'

SARAJevo, (Patria) - The Speaker of the House of Representatives of the Parliamentary Assembly of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Denis Zvizdić, sent a telegram of condolences to the Filipović family on the occasion of the death of academician Muhamed Filipović.

"I received the news of the death of the esteemed academician, professor, and member of the Academy of Sciences and Arts of BiH and the Bosniak Academy of Sciences and Arts, Muhamed Filipović, with great sadness. He dedicated his entire life to scientific work and left an invaluable contribution through research into the history of Bosnia and Bosniaks. Bosnia and Herzegovina has permanently lost a prominent scientist and one of the most significant authorities, and the death of academician Filipović is a true loss for our society. Please accept my sincere condolences," it is stated in the telegram of condolences from the Speaker of the House of Representatives of the Parliamentary Assembly of BiH, Denis Zvizdić," it was announced from the PA BiH.
