Zvizdić Welcomes Decision of the Constitutional Court of BiH

Chairman of the Council of Ministers of BiH Denis Zvizdić welcomes the Decision of the Constitutional Court of BiH, which rejected the appeal of the entity of Republika Srpska regarding the military facility "Veliki Žep" near Han Pijesak as unfounded.

He states that, considering that court decisions are final and binding, the unconditional implementation of the Decision in question, regardless of the legally unfounded and politically motivated reactions predominantly coming from officials from RS, will represent an important step towards the credible fulfillment of the conditions from Tallinn and the final activation of the MAP for BiH's membership in NATO, as a synonym for modern standards, political stability, and economic prosperity.

- At the same time, past and future reactions to the Decision of the Constitutional Court, and especially the readiness for its full implementation, will represent a true dividing line between those political and social concepts that advocate for the rule of law and ensuring long-term stability and economic development, and those policies and individuals who are only declaratively in favor of Euro-Atlantic integration and the idea of BiH being a member of the family of the most developed countries in the world - it was announced from the Cabinet of the Chairman of the Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
